Proverbs 31:20 Ministries is pleased to welcome Star Parker as the keynote speaker for the Second Annual Evening of Excellence fundraising dinner and silent auction, to be held March 31st at the Edgewater Hotel in Seattle.  Thor Tolo, host of Live from Seattle on 820 AM KGNW, will emcee the event.

A former welfare mom, Ms. Parker is now founder and president of the Coalition on Urban Renewal and Education (www.urbancure.org), a non-profit organization with a mission to fight poverty and restore dignity through faith, freedom, and responsibility.  She is a nationally syndicated columnist, author, and commentator.

The proceeds from this event will fund efforts across a broad range of our services, including basic provisional help, back-to-school supplies, shelter room restoration, life-skill development, faith-based instruction, and special programs throughout the year.
